The most extreme and exhilarating powerboat racing sport is about to come back after a short offseason for a thrilling 2020 season that will start in Saudi Arabia and will continue with 7 races across Europe, Asia and Middle East. World best drivers’ are ready to set a show and to amaze us with new rivalries and battles onthe water. The man to be looking at is unquestionably the Victory Team rider Erik Stark, that after an unfortunate season finale in Sharjah, is ready to come back stronger than ever. “2019 was one of my worst season”, said the Swedish driver, “finishing 2 races out of 5 with engine problems, but for sure my best season in terms of personal growth. After a difficult start of the season we finalized our package in Sharjah where I got the best time in all practise and got a P3 in pole position. Unfortunately I broke the throttle after 3 laps, but I’m still very happy and positive because the boat and the engine are on point and we are competitive to be on the top and we are ready for a successful 2020 season.”Stark positivity is something his rivalries will need to fight against and that will make the 2020 season a very interesting one!The UIM F1H2O World Championship GP of Saudi Arabia will start with Pole Position on Thursday 19th of March followed by the Grand Prix on Saturday 21st at 16:00 local time. The race will be live on www.f1h2o.comStay tuned!
